AWARD OF SISSINGUÉ PROJECT EPC CONTRACT

Lycopodium is pleased to announce the award of the contract for the delivery of the Sissingué Gold Project in Côte D’Ivoire from Perseus Ltd (Perseus).

Contract revenue is expected to be $38.4 million with the full amount expected to report to FY17.

This award sees the continuation of our association with Perseus, following the successful completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) and Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) for the Project.

Lycopodium is grateful for the confidence shown by Perseus in awarding the delivery of this important project and extends its thanks for the opportunity.
