Lycopodium Limited (“Lycopodium” or the “Company”) advises that, at his request, Peter Dawson is stepping down as a director of the Company.

Mr Dawson will continue working with the Company in his role as leader of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Lycopodium’s Chairman, Mick Caratti, said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Peter for his valuable input as a member of the Board since 2017. We look forward to benefiting from his continued contribution and insight as an ongoing consultant with the Company.”

The move recognises an overlap of executive capabilities on the Board and is effective as of 24 July, 2020.
