Lycopodium Limited (“Lycopodium” or the “Company”) advises the appointment of Karl Cicanese as a director of the Company.

As a long-standing Lycopodium staff member, with more than 25 years’ industry experience, Mr Cicanese currently holds the position of Managing Director of Lycopodium Minerals Pty Ltd. Throughout his tenure, he has held a number of senior roles within the company, including General Manager, Group Manager and Project Director.

His experience includes hands-on leadership roles on EPC and EPCM projects working for owners, engineers and construction contractor organisations, across feasibility, design, construction, commissioning, completions and operations and maintenance, both onshore and offshore.

Lycopodium’s Chairman, Mick Caratti, said: “I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Karl to the board. Karl has an in-depth knowledge of our business, our clients and the markets in which we operate.”

The appointment is effective as of 23 November, 2020.
