Change of Audit Committee Chair
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Ms Patricia Dimond has been appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
Mr John Cartwright will step down as Chair of the Audit Committee but will continue to act as the Chair of the Real Estate Risk Sub-Committee; and will remain a member of the Board, Audit, Management Engagement and Nomination Committees.
