Luxempart announces the departure by mutual consent of Olaf Kordes, one of its Managing Directors, for personal reasons.

Luxempart thanks Olaf Kordes for his great contribution to the group over the last years. He has been instrumental in implementing the group's strategy and in developing our Direct Investments activity in France.
