MODIFICA AL CALENDARIO FINANZIARIO PER IL 2025

Uboldo, 7 ottobre 2025 – Si informa che, a parziale rettifica del calendario finanziario 2025 già reso noto, il "Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del Resoconto Intermedio di gestione al 30.09.2025" è posticipato dal 12 novembre 2025 al 13 novembre 2025.

Si riporta di seguito il calendario delle date relative agli eventi societari, con la modifica sopra menzionata.

VARIATION TO THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2025

(pursuant to Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1 lett. b) of the Regulations of Markets Organized and managed by Borsa Italiana)

Uboldo, October 7, 2025 - We inform you that, as an amendment to the financial calendar 2025 already communicate, the "Meeting of the Board for the approval of interim financial report as at 30.09.2025" is posticipated from 12 November 2025 to 13 November 2025.
