LU-VE S.p.A., le cui azioni sono quotate all'Euronext Milan organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana dal 21 giugno 2017, comunica di aver ricevuto, con provvedimento di Borsa Italiana n. 8883 del 14 settembre 2022, l'ammissione alle negoziazioni delle proprie azioni ordinarie sul segmento Euronext STAR Milan del mercato Euronext Milan, segmento dedicato alle imprese con requisiti di eccellenza in termini di trasparenza, comunicazione, liquidità e corporate governance.
La data di inizio delle negoziazioni nel segmento STAR delle azioni ordinarie LU-VE è stata fissata da Borsa Italiana per il giorno 21 settembre 2022.
Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. continuerà ad operare per LU-VE in qualità di Specialist, in conformità con quanto previsto dal Regolamento e dalle Istruzioni di Borsa Italiana.
La Società è stata assistita dallo Studio Legale e Tributario Biscozzi Nobili Piazza con il partner avv. Roberta Pierantoni.

LU-VE S.p.A., whose shares have been listed on Euronext Milan organized and managed by Borsa Italiana since June 21, 2017, announces that it has received, by order of Borsa Italiana No. 8883 of September 14, 2022, the admission to trading of its ordinary shares on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Euronext Milan market, which is dedicated to companies with excellence requirements in terms of transparency, communication, liquidity and corporate governance.
The start date for the trading of LU-VE ordinary shares in the STAR segment has been set by Borsa Italiana for September 21, 2022.
Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. will continue to act for LU-VE as a Specialist, in accordance with the Rules and Instructions of Borsa Italiana.
