LU-VE GROUP: nei primi 9 mesi del 2022
prosegue la crescita del fatturato +29,6%
Confermato il quadro di creazione di valore a medio termine
Uboldo (Varese), 13 ottobre 2022 – LU-VE Group comunica i risultati chiave al 30 settembre 2022:
- fatturato € 456,7 milioni (+29,6% rispetto al 30 settembre 2021); a parità di perimetro è cresciuto del 27,1%.
- portafoglio ordini € 196,4 milioni (+27,6% rispetto al 30 settembre 2021); a parità di perimetro è variato del 15,7%.
Sulla base dello scenario attuale e dei risultati del terzo trimestre, LU-VE Group conferma il suo quadro di creazione di valore a medio termine, in considerazione delle positive tendenze di lungo periodo che hanno caratterizzato negli ultimi anni i settori in cui il Gruppo opera:
- crescita media del fatturato "High Single Digit" (a perimetro costante);
- margine EBITDA verso il 14/15%, grazie a investimenti di scala e di efficienza;
- capitale circolante netto operativo in percentuale del fatturato: "mid double digit" (al netto delle fluttuazioni straordinarie);
- investimenti per la crescita: €20/30 milioni all'anno;
- tasso di imposizione fiscale medio: 20-21% al netto di fluttuazioni straordinarie.

Medium-term value creation framework confirmed
Uboldo (Varese), 13 October 2022 - LU-VE Group announces the highlights results as of 30 September 2022:
- turnover of products € 456.7 million (+29.6% compared to 30 September 2021); on a likefor-like basis, product sales grew by 27.1%.
- order book € 196.4 million (+ 27.6% compared to 30 September 2021); on a like-for-like basis, the order book change is 15.7%.
Based on the current scenario and its Q3 results, LU-VE Group confirms its medium-term value creation framework, in view of the positive secular trends that has characterized the sectors in which LUVE operates over the past years:
- High Single Digit average growth in sales (organic).
- EBITDA margin toward 14/15% thanks to scale and efficiency capex.
- NWC on sales: Mid Double Digit (net of extraordinary fluctuations).
- growth capex: € 20/30 m per annum.
- average tax rate: 20-21% net of extraordinary fluctuations.
