This is to inform you that the Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., on March 24, 2022, allotted 24230 fully paid-up equity shares of ' 21- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid-up capital of the Company has been increased to' 90,89,50,028 consisting 45,44,75,014 equity shares of' 21- each.
