This is to Inform you that the Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., on November 25, 2021, allotted 92688 fully paid-up equity shares of ' 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid-up capital of the Company has been increased to' 90,82,86,984 consisting 45,41,43,492 equity shares oft 2/- each.
