L E Lundbergföretagen ABs holding in Holmen now amounts to 16,622,000 A-shares and 9,500,000 B-shares, representing 30.8 percent of share of capital and 60.9 percent of voting rights.

Sellers are Handelsbanken AB, Svenska Handelsbankens Pensionsstiftelse and Pensionskassan SHB försäkringsförening.
