पट्टा वापसी रद्द करने से इनकार

10 जनवरी तक कर सकेंगे आवेदन

अभी इन मामलों में मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी को देखने और 306 और लीजबैक प्रकरणों की जांच भी करने को कहा गया है। वहीं, नई लीज बैक नीति के तहत किसान आवेदन कर सकते हैं । इसके लिए एक महीने का वक्त है । दस जनवरी तक नए आवेदन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। प्राधिकरण ने अपना कर्ज दो साल में खत्म करने का दावा किया है |

वर्ग मीटर की दर से किसानों की सहमति पर जमीन खरीदी गई है। अब इन गांवों में भी इन्हीं दरों पर जमीन ली जाएगी। किसानों को दो विकल्प दिए गए हैं। पहले विकल्प में 2068 प्रति वर्ग मीटर की दर से मुआवजा और सात फीसद विकसित भूमि का आवासीय भूखंड दिया जाएगा। यदि किसान आवासीय भूखंड नहीं चाहता तो उसे सीधे 2300 प्रति वर्ग मीटर की दर से मुआवजा दिया जाएगा।

रेलगाड़ियों के संशोधित समय के मद्देनजर रेलयात्रियों के लिए उत्तर रेलवे द्वारा यात्रा परामर्श

रेलयात्रियों को और बेहतर सेवाएँ प्रदान करने व अन्य परिचालनिक कारणों से कुछ रेलगाड़ियों के समय/ठहराव में दिनांक 01.12.2020 तथा इसके बाद की तिथियों से संशोधन किया गया है। अतः रेलयात्रियों को परामर्श दिया जाता है कि:--

2.) रैंल यात्रीगण कृपया रेलयात्रा के लिए टिकट बुक करवाते समय आरक्षण मांग पत्र में साफ अक्षरों मे केवल अपना स्वयं का मोबाइल नम्बर ही दर्ज करवायें ताकि रेलगाड़ी के परिचालन से जुड़ी कोई भी महत्वपूर्ण सुचना जैसे 'रेलगाडी के समय में परिवर्तन' या 'रेलगाडी का निरस्त होना' इत्यादि जैसी जानकारी एस.एम.एस.के माध्यम से वास्तविक यात्री को भेजी जा सके |

सौर ऊर्जा से रोशन होगी कॉलोनी

लाजपत नगर लैप्रेसी कॉलोनी अब सौर ऊर्जा से जगमग होगी। यह नई दिल्ली की पहली कॉलोनी है, जहां पर 100 फीसद सौर ऊर्जा से घरों में बिजली आएगी।

सोमवार को नई दिल्ली की सांसद मीनाक्षी लेखी ने इस योजना की शुरुआत की। मीनाक्षी लेखी ने बताया कि सत्य जीवन कुष्ठ आश्रम को रोटरी क्लब की मदद से रोशन किया गया है। इससे आश्रम के परिवारों को प्रति माह 1.85 लाख रुपए की मदद होगी। दस साल के रखरखाव के आधार पर यहां काम का जिम्मा सौंपा गया है। इस कॉलोनी में 85 परिवारों के बिजली खर्च में कमी आएगी।

किसानों की जमीन के सापेक्ष मुआवजा दरों में बढ़ोतरी का है। मुआवजा लेने के लिए किसानों को दो विकल्प भी दिए गए हैं।

अब जेवर अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे में हुए भूमि अधिग्रहण की दरों के बराबर सभी किसानों को मुआवजा दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा विकास प्राधिकरण ने लीजबैक के पुराने मामलों में किसानों को बड़ी राहत दे दी है। नए आवेदन अगले एक महीने के दौरान किए जा सकते हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश के औद्योगिक विकास आयुक्त और

प्राधिकरण ने अपने इलाके के 146 किसानों को यमना एक्सप्रेस-वे औद्योगिक विकास पट्टा वापसी के जरिए आबादी की जमीन लौटाई थी।

इसे लेकर जांच चल रही थी। पट्टा वापसी रद्द करने की प्रक्रिया पर काम शुरू हुआ था। यह प्रकरण बोर्ड बैठक में रखा गया। फिलहाल पट्टा वापसी मामलों को रद्द करने से इनकार कर दिया है।

यमना एक्सप्रेस-वे औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण के चेयरमैन आलोक टंडन की अध्यक्षता में हुई बोर्ड बैठक में कई महत्त्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई और मंजूरी दी गई।

मार्क्सवादी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (माकपा) की दिल्ली राज्य कमेटी ने दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री (एम्स) में नर्सों की तमाम लंबित मांगों पर मनीष सिसोदिया के आवास पर किए गए हमले की कड़ी निंदा की और कहा कि जनतंत्र में ऐसी हिंसात्मक कार्रवाई के लिए कोई जगह नहीं है। कमेटी ने कहा कि दिल्ली नगर निगम के कर्मचारियों को वेतन नहीं मिलना गंभीर मामला है। आम आदमी पार्टी इस संदर्भ में उत्तरी और दक्षिणी दिल्ली नगर निगमों में भ्रष्टाचार एवं 2500 करोड़ के गबन का गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए सीबीआइ जांच की मांग कर रही है। माकपा की दिल्ली राज्य कमेटी दिल्ली सरकार से मांग करती है कि नगर निगम के कर्मचारियों के वेतन का भुगतान अविलंब किया जाए।

केंद्रीय मंत्रियों से मिलकर चिल्ला सीमा को खाली कराने पर भारतीय किसान युनियन ( भानू) गुट के कई किसान नेता नाराज हो गए हैं। सोमवार को संगठन के कई पदाधिकारियों व कार्यकर्ताओं ने किसानों की लडाई को कमजोर करने का आरोप लगाते हुए अपने इस्तीफे दिए। नए कृषि काननों के विरोध में चिल्ला सीमा

पर पिछले 14 दिनों से भारतीय किसान यनियन की ओर से धरना प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा था। रविवार को संगठन के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष भानुप्रताप सिंह समेत पांच लोगों ने अचानक केंद्रीय मंत्रियों से मिलकर सीमा को खाली कराने की मंशा जाहिर कर दी थी। किसान नेताओं ने आरोप लगाया कि किसानों के खिलाफ समझौता कर चिल्ला सीमा को बगैर कोर कमेटी की सहमति लिए खोल दिया।

इस निर्णय में राष्ट्रीय महासचिव बेगराज गुर्जर, प्रदेश महामंत्री बीसी प्रधान, जिला संयोजक रामकेश गुर्जर, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विधि प्रकोष्ठ लाटसाहब लोहिया, युवा मोर्चा उपाध्यक्ष विकास गुर्जर, नोएडा महानगर अध्यक्ष अरुण शर्मा, जिला महासचिव सुभाष भाटी, नोएडा संयोजक प्रेमसिह भाटी, जिला उपाध्यक्ष सुंदर बाबा, युवा मोर्चा नोएडा अध्यक्ष कौशेंदेर यादव, आदि शामिल हैं। मामले में संगठन के प्रदेश महामंत्री बीसी प्रधान ने कहा कि फैसले से नाराज करीब दो दर्जन से अधिक पदाधिकारियों ने अपना इस्तीफा राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष को सौंपा है। आने वाले दिनों में 400 से अधिक लोग इस्तीफा देने की तैयारी में हैं। वहीं, कई किसान राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष के समर्थन में धरने पर बैठे रहे।

देश के अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में दिल्ली में कोरोना से संक्रमित होने वाले मरीज अधिक ठीक हो रहे हैं। सोमवार को दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन ने आसपास के राज्यों के आंकडे के आधार पर यह दावा किया। उन्होंने ट्वीट कर कहा कि दिल्ली में 96 फीसद मरीज ठीक हुए हैं है और मरने वाले मरीजों का आंकडा भी लगातार कम हुआ है।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि दिल्ली में मरने वाले मरीजों का आंकडा 1.6 फीसद है। जबकि अमदाबाद में यह 4 फीसद, मुंबई में 3.8 फीसद, कोलकाता में 2 और चेन्नई में
