In continuation to our intimation dated September 14, 2024, we would like to inform you that today i.e. November 26, 2024, the Company has completed the acquisition of majority shareholding (representing 60% of share capital on a fully diluted basis) in Greenfuel Energy Solutions Private Limited (“ Greenfuel ”) through its wholly owned subsidiary namely Lumax Resources Private Limited. The consideration paid to the shareholders of Greenfuel, after customary closing review and adjustments as per the Share Purchase Agreement, is INR 153.09 crores.

Accordingly, Greenfuel has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company and subsidiary of Lumax Resources Private Limited with immediate effect.
