Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Sumedh Murugkar, Senior General Manager - Marketing & Business Development (West & South) had resigned from the Company effective from the close of business hours on February 28, 2025 to pursue his interests outside the organisation.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are given in Annexure A.

The letter of resignation received from Mr. Sumedh Murugkar is enclosed herewith as Annexure B.
