LUKOIL ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF BUY-BACK PROGRAMME

PJSC "LUKOIL" (hereinafter - the Company) announces the completion of the buy-back programme which was announced on August 30, 2018.

From the start of the buy-back programme LUKOIL Securities Limited (a 100% subsidiary of the Company) purchased in aggregate on the regulated trading venues 13,506,650 ordinary shares and 23,696,806 depositary receipts for the total amount of USD 3 billion. The acquired securities represent 4.96% of the Company's charter capital.
