Transaction in own securities

PJSC "LUKOIL" (the "Company") announces the purchases on the open market of the total number of 1,051,335 securities, including 298,155 ordinary shares (ISIN RU0009024277) at the volume weighted average price of RUB 5,637.38 per ordinary share and 753,180 depositary receipts (ISIN US69343P1057) at the volume weighted average price of USD 85.23 per depositary receipt[1] during the period from 4 March 2019 to 8 March  2019 pursuant to the buy-back programme which was announced on 30 August 2018.

The purchases were made by LUKOIL Securities Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and executed by a qualified international broker.
