Transaction in own securities

PJSC "LUKOIL" (the "Company") announces the purchases on the open market of the total number of 1,019,995 securities, including 549,264 depositary receipts (ISIN US69343P1057) and 470,731 ordinary shares (ISIN RU0009024277), during the period from 10 December 2018 to 14 December 2018 at the volume weighted average price of USD 77.28 per depositary receipt[1] and RUB 5,148.75 per ordinary share respectively pursuant to the buy-back programme which was announced on 30 August 2018.

The purchases were made by LUKOIL Securities Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and executed by a qualified international broker.
