LUKOIL ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL REDEMPTION OF 1.5 BILLION USD NOTES

PJSC "LUKOIL" announces successful redemption of 1.5 billion USD notes under Rule 144A/Regulation S.

The 5-year issue was placed in 2013 with a coupon of 3.416 % per annum. Total principle amount was 1,500,000,000 USD and total coupon payment was 25,620,000 USD.
