LUKOIL PUBLISHES ITS 2019 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

PJSC "LUKOIL" published its 2019 Sustainability Report which is the tenth Company's Sustainability Report. The Report contains information on social activities, management systems and environmental and social impacts.

The Report has been prepared based on the most authoritative Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standard, and taking into account SASB, UNCTAD and IPIECA standards. The list of material topics has been determined based on the requests received from the stakeholders. A particular attention in the Report has been paid to climate information, including greenhouse gas emissions management system.

The case studies in the Report present LUKOIL's best practices in the field of sustainable development in the most sensitive regions, as well as measures taken by the Company to combat the coronavirus pandemic.

The topic of the Company's information security, including safeguard of customers' personal data, has been included in the Report for the first time.

The Report went through the independent verification. An unmodified opinion by KPMG audit company and conclusion of the Board of Non-Financial Reporting of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) have been received.

The Company's sustainable development policy and the quality of non-financial reporting allowed LUKOIL to be ranked among the top ten companies in the MOEX - RSPP Sustainability Development Indices.

The 2019 Sustainability Report will be presented in the Russian and foreign regions of LUKOIL's presence, and is also available in the Russian and English languages on the website.
