We regret to inform that Member of the LUKOIL Board of Directors Guglielmo Antonio Claudio Moscato, aged 80, has passed away following a long illness.

Guglielmo Moscato dedicated fifty years to the oil industry and gained the reputation of one of the most competent managers, whose lifetime achievements included major oil and gas projects in Italy, Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Libya and other countries. He also contributed greatly to numerous social and cultural initiatives all over the world.

A member of LUKOIL's Board of Directors since 2011 and till his last days, Mr. Moscato took an active part in the work of the Strategy and Investment Committee. His comprehensive experience and profound knowledge have always been a great contribution to the company's development plans.

LUKOIL's team joins with the family and friends in their sorrow for the grievous loss of Guglielmo Antonio Claudio Moscato.
