LUCKLAND. CO., LTD. hereby announces that its Board of Directors resolved today to make changes in the responsibilities of Executive Officers and Fellows, as described below.

1. Details of Changes in Responsibilities of Executive Officers and Fellows

As announced in the "Notice Regarding Relocation of Head Office and Partial Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation" released on February 13, 2026, the Company plans to approve the relocation date of its head office at a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held by December 31, 2026. Accordingly, and with the aim of strengthening coordination between head office functions and regional response functions, the Company will rename the CS Support Division to the "Maintenance Division" effective July 1, 2026, and transition to a five-division structure consisting of the Sales Division, Construction Division, Design Division, Maintenance Division, and Corporate Management Division, including branches and sales offices. Under this transition, while retaining functions such as sales, construction, design and maintenance at each branch and sales office in their respective regions, these functions will be overseen by the Sales Division, Construction Division, Maintenance Division and other divisions.
