Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
Luceco PLC ("Luceco" or "the Company") has been advised that on 16 November 2020, EPIC Investments LLP ("EIL") sold 4,000,000 shares in Luceco (2.5% of the Company) at a price of 250p per share. EIL is a limited liability partnership, in which EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO") is the sole investor and is a person closely associated with Giles Brand, Chairman of Luceco. The shares sold represent 9.1 per cent of ESO's total interest in Luceco. As a result of this transaction, ESO will hold 40,064,372 shares in Luceco (24.9% of the Company).
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
