APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Luceco plc, the manufacturer and distributor of wiring accessories, EV chargers, LED lighting, and portable power products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Janet Ryan as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2024.

Janet is a management accountant with considerable experience in international industrial and manufacturing businesses.  Most recently, she has been Group Finance Director at AB Sugar, part of Associated British Foods. Previously, she has held leadership roles with Cabot Corporation, ICI and Victrex, and has led a number of acquisitions across her successful finance career. 

Janet is an independent member of the Audit Committee for Cancer Research UK, and a Trustee for Community Integrated Care, one of the UK's largest social care charities. 

Janet will become a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 July 2024.

Commenting on the appointment, Giles Brand, Non-Executive Chairman, said:

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11R.  No other disclosures are required pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R in respect of Janet Ryan's appointment.
