The Board of Luceco plc announces that it has published its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"). In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the document has been submitted today to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism | FCA . Printed copies of this document have been posted to shareholders today and a copy is also available to view on the Company's website at http://www.lucecoplc.com/ . The AGM will be held at 10.30am on 14 May 2024 at Numis Securities, 45 Gresham St, London EC2V 7BF and shareholders wishing to attend should register their interest by emailing the Company Secretary at [email protected] .
