Description

LTR Pharma Limited (‘LTP’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Thursday, 7 December 2023.

The securities of LTP will commence quotation at 11:00 AM AEDT on Monday, 11 December 2023.

LTP raised $7,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 9 November 2023 by the issue of 35,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
