Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 - Allotment of equity shares under ESOP Scheme of the Company

This is to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in terms of the resolution passed on September 25, 2024 has approved allotment of 10,804 equity shares of face value Re.1/- each of the Company, to the LTIMindtree Employee Welfare Trust under the ‘LTIMindtree Employees Stock Option Plan 2021’. The equity shares allotted to the LTIMindtree Employee Welfare Trust shall be transferred to the eligible employees upon exercise of options.

All equity shares allotted above shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
