Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 - Allotment of equity shares under ESOP Schemes of the Company

This is to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in terms of the resolution passed on December 10, 2024, has approved the below:

1. Allotment of 95,449 equity shares of face value Re.1/- each under ‘LTIMindtree Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015’ to the LTIMindtree Employee Welfare Trust; and

2. Allotment of 6,179 equity shares of face value Re.1/- each under ‘LTIMindtree Employees Stock Option Plan 2021’, to the LTIMindtree Employee Welfare Trust.

The above equity shares allotted to the LTIMindtree Employee Welfare Trust shall be transferred to the eligible employees upon exercise of options.

All equity shares allotted above shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
