a) The No�ce of Postal ballot has been sent electronically on 19th January 2026 to the Members whose email IDs are registered with the Company, Registrars and Transfer Agents or Depository Par�cipants as on Friday, 16th January2026.

b) Vo�ng rights of the members shall be in propor�on to his/her shareholding in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on the Cut-off date. A person who is not a member as on cut-off date should treat this No�ce for informa�onpurposesonly.

c) The remote e-vo�ng facility shall remain open from 9.00 AM (IST) on Tuesday, the 20th January 2026 to 5.00 PM (IST) on Wednesday, the 18th February 2026.
