Financial Results

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’), this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, inter‐alia , to consider, approve and take on record, the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024, along with the Limited Review Report(s) of the Statutory Auditor thereon.

Further, as per Regulation 46 of LODR, notice of the Board meeting would be made available on the website of the Company at https://www.ltimindtree.com/investors/

Interim Dividend

In the aforementioned meeting, the Board of Directors may also consider a proposal to declare an interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company of face value Re. 1 each and the ‘Record Date’ for payment of interim dividend, if declared, would be Friday, October 25, 2024.

Investor call

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of LODR, we wish to inform that the Earnings Conference Call will be held at 5.00 p.m. (IST) on October 17, 2024, details of which shall be submitted in due course.

Closing of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s Internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and shall remain closed till Saturday, October 19, 2024 (both days inclusive).
