LTIMindtree announces the resignation of Mr. Sudhir Chaturvedi from its Board of Directors

Mumbai, Jan 20, 2025: LTIMindtree [NSE: LTIM, BSE: 540005], a global technology consul�ng and digital solu�ons company, announced that Mr. Sudhir Chaturvedi has decided to resign from the posi�on of Whole�me Director & President Markets, LTIMindtree with effect from Jan 27, 2025 to explore new opportuni�es beyond LTIMindtree.

He has been a valued member of the erstwhile LTI Board & presently the LTIMindtree Board since 2016, providing significant contribu�ons to the Company’s strategic direc�on and growth. He played a pivotal role in driving success across Sales, Marke�ng, Alliances, and other key strategic func�ons.
