Dear Venu,

After seven remarkable years with LTIMindtree , first as Chief Operating Officer and most recently as President of AI Services, I have decided to step down from my role and formally tender my resignation, with last working day as October 31st, 2025.

LTIMindtree has been more than a workplace, it has been a crucible of innovation, leadership, and personal growth. I am deeply proud of the transformative initiatives I had opportunity to lead in LTI, to lead largest integration that services industry in India has seen yet and especially in scaling AI Services over the past year into a strategic pillar of the company’s future.

I am grateful for the trust placed in me, the incredible teams I’ve had the privilege to lead, and the culture of excellence that defines LTIMindtree. As I move on to explore new opportunities and challenges, I carry with me the values, relationships, and lessons that this journey has instilled.

Working together in last 9 months have been very energizing and enjoyed building momentum in large deals and launch of BlueVerse.

I am confident that LTIMindtree will realize its full potential for all its key stakeholders. I will continue to be your biggest cheerleader on the side lines.
