Sudhir, thanks for the time to chat earlier today. With this note, I want to confirm my decision to resign from LTIMindtree. Ability for me to move on by end of the month (Dec 29[th] ) would be ideal.

I am happy to put together a note on key transition related activities and can share my thoughts on the evolution of the team/portfolio with my departure, if/as you need.

I’m appreciative for all your steer, support, and guidance over these last 12+ months.
