As informed earlier, Mr. A. M. Naik (DIN: 00001514), Non-Executive Chairman of the Company will relinquish his office upon conclusion of the 28th Annual General Meeting which is scheduled today i.e. on June 26, 2024.

Further, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has approved appointment of Mr. S.N Subrahmanyan (DIN: 00225382), Non-Executive Vice-Chairman, as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from June 27, 2024.

The Board of Directors and the LTIMindtree family places on record, a deep sense of appreciation for Mr. Naik’s remarkable efforts in founding this Company and his unwavering dedication towards building this Information Technology giant within the L&T group and the outstanding leadership and contribution towards the growth and success of the Company.

Mumbai, India – June 26, 2024: Mr. A. M. Naik has decided to step down as Chairman of LTIMindtree at the end of LTIMindtree’ 28th AGM on 26th June 2024. The Board of Directors of LTIMindtree at its mee�ng held on June 26, 2024, have appointed Mr. S. N. Subrahmanyan , (Vice-Chairman), as Chairman with effect from June 27, 2024.

The Board highly appreciated Mr. Naik’s unparalleled contribu�on to the Company and recorded that his stewardship led to an upsurge in shareholder value crea�on. AMN, as he is popularly known, has been the Founder Chairman of the company and the architect of the transforma�on of LTIMindtree into a sharply focused global conglomerate with dominance in the sectors in which it operates. He constantly pushed the boundaries of what’s possible by laying emphasis on technology, talent and innova�on.

Speaking on this development, Mr. Naik from the ini�al days of L&T Infotech to the IT services behemoth that LTIMindtree has become today. I feel privileged to have not only led such a great organisa�on but also laid the founda�on for future growth and success. From June 27, 2024 under Mr. Subrahmanyan’s able leadership, I am sure LTIMindtree will con�nue to grow further and reach new pinnacles of success”.

SNS, as Mr. Subrahmanyan is popularly known, joined the Board of L&T Infotech on 10 Jan 2015. He was appointed as the Vice Chairman of L&T Infotech on 04 May 2017. SNS has played a stellar role through his though�ul guidance and construc�ve inputs in the growth of LTIMindtree. He was also instrumental in the acquisi�on of Mindtree in 2019 and then led the merger of L&T Infotech and Mindtree.

On this occasion, Mr. Subrahmanyan this IT giant within the L&T Group. What he has done is humongous and simply outstanding.
