2026 年第一季營運總覽
【第一季】
- 營收 NT$434 億元，年增 19%；其中雲端物聯網年成長近五成。
- 若不計存貨跌價準備，營業毛利率 22.8%，營業利益率 10.5%；受惠於 AI 基礎建設需求強勁，全球產能持續擴充，高價值事業比重提升，佐以供應鏈緊密協作綜效。
- 稅後淨利 NT$37.8 億元，每股盈餘 NT$1.66 元，年增 10%，為近 5 年同期新高。
【核心事業】
- 受惠高階 AI 伺服器電源、雲端運算產品及電能管理系統出貨順利，雲端部門營收年成長超過七成。
- 光電半導體中可見光於雲端運算與不可見光的核心應用持續成長。
- 資訊部門高階電源與低軌衛星電源出貨年增。

強化核心事業、布局跨國併購，加速海外擴張以支持 AI 基建與策略成長
一. 董事會今日決議：
- 美國投資案 US$ 9.19 億，用於土地、廠房與資產設備長期投資，擴充 AI 基礎建設之能源產品與產能。
- 越南子公司增資 US$ 1.49 億，支應營運成長及擴產資本支出。
二. 擴大資本支出，從電源核心力，升級為 AI 系統整合方案夥伴：
- 提前布局 AI 世代前瞻性技術與產能，如 AI 能源基礎建設及系統整合，透過核心技術及投資，提升競爭優勢，為產業結構升級奠定基礎。
- 強化北美與全球布局，在 AI 核心市場建立關鍵營運據點，滿足供應鏈在地化，提升營運韌性與客戶黏著度。
三. 募資管道多元化：
- 因應公司 AI 基礎建設之跨國併購潛在機會，提前準備全球併購及資金運用之制度，支撐公司中長期成長策略。
- 推動募資管道之國際化與多元化，請股東會授權董事會於實際有資金需求時，經審慎決議通過後，依相關法規辦理及公告。
