2024年第三季&前三季營運總覽

• 營收NT$368億元 毛利率22.4% 營業利益率10.7%，分別季增0.2及0.8個百分點；受惠於高價值事業比重 提升、汰弱留強產品組合優化，佐以導入AI賦能與數位化營運管理的綜效。

• ，

• 研發投入持續增加、並佔當季總營收5.3% 聚焦雲端、光電、5G及新事業等投入。

• 稅後淨利NT$34億元，每股盈餘NT$1.48元，季增9%。

【前三季】:

• 前三季營收NT$988億元，毛利率21.7%，營業利益率9.5%；每股盈餘NT$3.88元。

【 核心事業】

• 受惠AI伺服器電源及雲端運算產品規格提升，雲端高階電源營收穩定成長。

• 資訊部門高階產品比重提升，高階電源與智慧輸入裝置出貨持續年增。

營運展望及成長策略

策略與佈局

• 於2024 OCP峰會首度展示NVIDIA 驅動之整合式 AI 雲端伺服器整合機櫃解決方案。

• 結合光寶電源管理軟硬體系統整合能力，推出家用能源管理解決方案，於第三季進入北美市場。在IOE策略下，逐 步邁向儲能，節能，控能以及轉能的市場應用，達成Net Zero策略目標。

• 2023年永續報告書透過ESG三個面向，展示光寶厚植綠色管理、落實社會責任，及完善公司治理以實踐永續經營。

• 雲端電源管理，今年33KW Power Shelf 用於新一代AI伺服器電源第四季陸續出貨，預計明年第一季放量，看好 2025年相關業務高成長表現。

• 散熱系統， Liquid to Air於第四季樣機出貨，Liquid to Liquid已完成系統測試，預期2025年啟動出貨動能。

• 產能佈局上，液冷部分產能將於越南擴充，同時在北美主要城市佈署人力，持續擴大售後服務團隊，提供客製化高 效服務與全球化供應鏈管理。

第四季展望

• 核心事業營運表現持續成長，主要動能來自雲端運算電源、光電半導體及IT應用高階電源、智慧輸入裝置等出貨增 加。

• 雲端運算 受惠於高階電源管理系統出貨增加。

• 光電半導體 逐季增長，受惠於可見光與不可見光應用於AI機器視覺、穿戴及安防市場需求提升。

• 資訊電子 部門主要成長動能為高階輸入裝置，及衛星電源產品出貨增速。
