Trading Window Closure:

As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Internal Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading (‘Code’), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Directors/Officers, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company as defined under the Code from Wednesday, January 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. up to Friday, January 17, 2025 (both days inclusive).

Earnings Conference Call:
