As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company’s Internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading (‘Code’), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors/Officers & Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code from Thursday, July 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. up to Friday, July 16, 2021 (both days inclusive).
