Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 along with the Auditors Report thereon and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Trading Window Closure:
As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, and Company’s Internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading (‘Code’), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Directors/Officers & Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code from Wednesday , April 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. up to Sunday, May 17, 2020 (both days inclusive).
Earnings Conference Call:
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 46(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company will hold an Earnings Conference Call on May 15, 2020 for investors/ analysts, to discuss the financial results and business outlook.
