As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company’s Internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading (‘Code’), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Directors/Officers & Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code from Friday, January 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. up to Friday, January 22, 2021 (both days inclusive).
