Board Meeting:
Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019 along with the Limited Review Report thereon and to declare interim dividend, if any.
Trading Window Closure;
As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading (`Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Directors/Officers & Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code from Tuesday, October 1, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e up to Sunday, October 20, 2019 (both days inclusive).
Record Date:
As per Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that October 26, 2019 is fixed as a Record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting scheduled to be held on October 18, 2019.
