Dear Amit,

As discussed, I would like to formally tender my resignation from my role as Chief Business Officer, EMEA & ROW at L&T Technology Services Ltd., effective 1 November 2025. In accordance with my employment contract, my last working day would be 1 February 2026. However, I would sincerely appreciate it if an earlier release—ideally by 1 January 2026—could be considered.

This decision has not been easy. Over the past five years, it has been a privilege to work alongside you and to contribute to LTTS’s growth journey under your leadership. I’ve learned a great deal, both professionally and personally, and have deeply valued the trust, support, and encouragement you’ve extended to me throughout this time. An external opportunity has now presented itself that represents a better career opportunity. I want to emphasise that my decision is final and not intended as a negotiation for any change in role or package. I am also conscious about your time and effort. My only intent is to ensure a smooth and professional transition, and to support the organisation in any way I can during this period.

I will always carry immense respect and goodwill for you and for LTTS. I truly hope our paths cross again in the future, and I’ll continue to cheer for LTTS’s success with great pride from the outside.
