Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that Dr. Narayanan Ramanathan, Chief Delivery Officer (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due to personal reasons.
Dr. Narayanan Ramanathan’s resignation email dated February 18, 2026 has been accepted by the Company and the resignation will be effective from close of business hours on February 19, 2026.
The requisite disclosure under the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024, has been enclosed as Annexure A . Further, the resignation email of Dr. Narayanan Ramanathan, is submitted pursuant to Clause 7C of Schedule III, Part A of the SEBI Regulations, enclosed as Annexure B.
