Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations, post superannuation of Mr. Kapil Bhalla as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from October 29, 2021, the Board vide circular resolution have designated Ms. Ankita Gawankar (M. No. A 28834), Manager - Corporate Secretarial as the Interim Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from October 30, 2021.
Ms. Gawankar will be responsible for ensuring compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws and regulations.

Ms. Ankita Gawankar is a qualified Company Secretary with B.Com (Hons) and Law graduate from Mumbai University. She has more than 11 years of experience and has been associated with LTTS since last 7 years. She had been instrumental in getting the Company listed in 2016 besides various other accomplishments in strengthening the compliance mechanism in the Company.
