• A. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the 12[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM ) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. (IST), through video conferencing or other audio-visual means (VC/OAVM).

• B. The Notice of the AGM and Integrated Annual Report comprising of standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year 2023-24, Board’s Report, Auditors’ Report and other documents required to be attached thereto, will be sent in electronic mode to all the Members of the Company whose email address is registered with the Company/Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Limited (“KFinTech”)/Depository Participant(s). The said Notice of the AGM and Integrated Annual Report will also be available on the website of the Company at www.LTTS.com.

• C. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, June 14, 2024 , as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive final dividend for FY 2023-24.

• D. The Final Dividend, if approved at the AGM, shall be paid by the Company on or after July 1, 2024. Kindly take the above in your records.
