Sub: Notice of 8th Annual General Meeting, Book Closure and payment of Final Dividend for the year ended March 31,2020

We wish to inform you the following: -

• A. The 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 4:30 pm through video conferencing or other audio-visual means (VC/ OAVM).

• B. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Friday, July 10, 2020 to Friday, July 17, 2020 (both days inclusive) , in order to determine the Members entitled to receive the Final Dividend of Rs. 13.50/- per share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2020.

In respect of shares held in Electronic form, the said dividend will be paid on the basis of the details of beneficial ownership furnished by the Depositories, as at the close of Thursday, July 9, 2020 and in respect of shares held in Physical form, the said dividend will be paid to those Members whose names will appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on the close of Friday, July 17, 2020.

• C. The Final Dividend if approved by the shareholders shall be paid by the Company within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM.
