NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), LSL Property Services plc hereby notifies that Jon Round, a PDMR acquired on 2nd April 2015 13,363 shares by exercising options received in 2012 pursuant to LSL's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).

The LTIP grant was by way of nil-cost options in respect of ordinary shares and were subject to performance conditions. The options became exercisable on 2nd April 2015.

The 13,363 shares were subsequently sold on 2nd April 2015 at a price of 337 pence per share and following this transaction, Jon Round's shareholding in LSL is 216,481 shares (0.21%).

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.
