Dealing by Directors

On 5 September LSL announced that Simon Embley, Deputy Chairman of the Company sold 4,164,502 ordinary shares, retaining an interest of 5,886,998 shares and that David Newnes, Executive Director sold 2,164,502 ordinary shares, retaining an interest of 3,404,748 shares. The retained holdings should have been stated as 6,065,998 shares for Simon Embley and 3,454,748 shares for David Newnes, representing 5.82 per cent and 3.32 of the issued share capital, respectively.
