We inform as a result of the purchase of the Company's shares LSI Software on 25 July 2018, Inmuebles Polo SL crossed the 5% threshold in the total number of votes in the Company.

Following the settlement of the aforementioned transaction, on 30 July 2018, Inmuebles Polo SL held 250.000 of the Company's shares, representing 5.14 % of the Company's share capital (issued shares) and granting the right to 250.000 of the votes at the Company's General Meeting, amounting to 5.14% of the total number of votes.
