LSI Software S.A. — Earnings Release 2018

The Management Board of PGS Software S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") with itsregistered office in Wrocław hereby publishes information about thesales revenues achieved in the first quarter of 2018. (All numbers inthousands PLN)

According to preliminary calculations, the approximate value of salesrevenues in the first quarter of 2018 amounted to approx. 26,942 PLN,which indicates an increase of 12,5%, compared to the same period in2017. There was an increase of 15.5% when counted in EUR. In the firstquarter of 2018, the Company acquired 14 new clients.

In relation to the fourth quarter of 2017, the Issuer's revenuesincreased by 5.6%. The revenue in EUR increased by 6.4% in the same timeperiod.

The Management Board expects that for the obtained profit in the firstquarter of 2018, the valuation of currency hedges will have a negativeimpact amounting to 500 PLN.

The Issuer's Management Board informs that the above-mentioned value ofrevenues is an estimation and may be subject to change. The final valueof revenues and the Company's financial results for the first quarter of2018 will be published in the quarterly report.
