LS telcom AG: Corrections of the notification according to Article 26,
Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] dated May 22,
2012, 05:26 p.m., with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

On May 18, 2012, Mrs Christiane Weispfenning, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on LS telcom AG, Lichtenau, Germany, have exceeded the 3 % and the 5
% limits of the Voting Rights on November 02, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 5.11 % (corresponding to 272.447 Voting Rights), with 0.47 % of these
Voting Rights being attributed to Mrs Christiane Weispfenning pursuant to
article 22 section 1 sentence 1 number 1 WpHG.

Mrs Christiane Weispfenning held 5.07 % (270.447 Voting Rights) thereof as
member of the community of heirs of Mr Guenter Weispfenning, consisting of
Mrs Ingrid Weispfenning and Mrs Christiane Weispfenning.

In addition, Mrs Christiane Weispfenning, Germany, has informed us on May
18, 2012 according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her
Voting Rights on LS telcom AG, Lichtenau, Germany, have fallen below the 3
% and the 5 % limits of the Voting Rights on
March 05, 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.31 % (corresponding to 123.263
Voting Rights).
